Dr. Noor Mohammad retired from the Indian Administrative Service on 31st July, 2011 (Born on 30th July, 1951). He held important positions like Secretary National Disaster Management Authority (Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India), Member Secretary NCR Planning Board (Ministry of Urban Development, GOI), Chief Electoral Advisor UNDP Kabul, International Election Commissioner Afghanistan (2005 Parliament Elections), Deputy Election Commissioner Election Commission of India and Chief Electoral Officer Uttar Pradesh.

A retired member of Indian Administrative Services served as (IAS - 1969), Advisor of Knowledge Commission served in Assam, Mizoram, Meghalaya and also in Delhi as Secretary Ministries of Defence, Home Affairs, Rural Development, etc. He was Development Advisor to the Bhutan Government at Thimphu and a visiting Fellow at Oxford. He was in the faculty of the National Defence College, Delhi. He is a life member of the Bombay Natural History Society and a member of the India International Centre. - Sh. Rajendra Rai, IAS (Retd.)
NET in Literature and Professor Mr. Rajendra Rai Started his career as academician in St. Andrews College, Allahabad . In the Year 1965 joined Indian Police Service. But IPS was not the last resort. In 1968, Mr. Rai Joined Indian Administrative Service. In his 25+ years as an Indian Administrative Service officer in AGMUT Cader, Mr. Rai served in many Capacities, including Principle Secretary, Dadar & Nagar Haveli , in addition to a number of top-level administrative positions. He retired as CHAIRMAN, Delhi Subordinate Staff Selection Board.
- Smt. Vineeta Rai, IAS (Retd.), Former member of the U P S C Interview Panel.
Member-Secretary & Consultant of the 2nd Administrative Reform Commission, Smt. Vineeta Rai, 1968 Cader IAS, had a Superb Career in Indian Administrative Services. Mrs.Vineeta Rai has the distinction of being the first Woman Secretary in the Union Finance Ministry. She took over as Revenue secretary in June 2003 and was formerly secretary Banking and Insurance in the same ministry. She also served as Special Secretary, Min. Of Urban Development, Govt. of India & Adviser to UT Administrator, with the Chandigarh Administration. Mrs. Rai was also the Member of UPSC Committee which recommended for CSAT in Preliminary Exam. After retirement, Mrs. Rai was Invited continuously for Five Years by UPSC for Conducting CSE INTERVIEWS as PANEL MEMBER in Different Boards.
- Sh. Gautam Kaul, IPS (Retd.), Former member of the U P S C Interview Panel.
Belongs to the 1965 batch of IPS, AGMUT cadre. Retired as Director General, Indo Tibetan Border Police in the year 2001. Served in various capacities at Central Para Military Police Forces as well as in Delhi and Chandigarh Police. Has been associated with combating militancy in Jammu & Kashmir while working in the Para Military Forces. Recipient of two National awards, one International Award, namely "Star of Italian Solidarity", 2004. His Tenure as Commissionar of Delhi Police is Case Study in Training Programmes for Police Personnel. After retirement, Sh.
